Coconut Tea Cake

INGREDIENTS
1 cup dessicated coconut 1 cup self-raising flour
1 cup caster sugar 1 cup milk

* to serve (options): icing sugar, yoghurt, berries, etc.

METHOD
Preheat the oven to 160°C (fan-forced).
Prepare and line a cake tin.

In a mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients.

Put the mix into the prepared cake tin.

Cook for 40 mins.

Serve as is, or with any additional options*.
