One Pan Taco Pasta
Serves 4.

Our kids loved it as is.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup tasty cheese, shredded 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded 2 tbsp tomato paste
500g beef mince. 1 cup chicken stock
1 tbsp butter 1 cup beef stock
1 tbsp minced garlic 1 cup milk (preferably full cream)
1 pack taco seasoning 1 can tomatoes
Pasta of choice, I used shells
* to serve (options): tasty cheese, chopped parsley.
METHOD
In a large pot, cook off the beef mince until browned. You can add a little oil if you like.
Add the butter & garlic, cook for approx 1 minute.
Add all remaining ingredients except the cheese and pasta (taco seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, tomato paste, chicken stock, beef stock, milk & tomatoes). Stir to combine.
Add the pasta and submerge in the liquid. Cover, and cook according to packet directions (this will change depending on the type of pasta you use). Stir half way through to ensure nothing sticks to the bottom.
Once the pasta is cooked to your liking, add the cheese and stir through until melted.
Serve up and add any additional garnishes*.
